NEWS:

 March 20, 2012 -- Sacred Heart Church Officially Recognized as a National Historic Site.

We received notification from the National Register Coordinator at the State Historic Preservation Office that Sacred Heart Church was placed on the National Registrar of Historic Places as of March 20, 2012.  This means the Federal Government recognizes Sacred Heart Church as a National Historic Site. This historic recognition is due to all of you.  Your refusal to let the memories be forgotten of all that took place in and around Sacred Heart, is what made this happen.
